If your item stops working within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it free, no questions asked. Just contact us with proof of purchase and we'll take care of the rest.
Expect 4-5 weeks for your order to ship out since we are producing to ship it out to you guys.
Shipping usually takes 5–14 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package in real time once it has been scanned by the carrier.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update your address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After the order is processed, we’re unable to make changes.
